Indian Point is home to one of Kissimmee’s more popular vacation home areas. Built between 1994 and 2001, ranch style and contemporary designs between two and six bedrooms and range from 1200 to over 2800 square feet. Many have been updated since the initial building phases in the 1990’s.
Homes are one or two stories, and the neighborhood has less than 500 homes. All were built with private, screened-in pools and hot tubs. Many homes have great views of the natural lake situated in the center of the community.
Visitors can enjoy the Community Pool, Natural Lake, and tennis courts. Lovely Parcours Trail is situated around the natural lake, adorned with 10 separate work out stations to help keep in shape while enjoying the Florida Sunshine.
The landscape around the homes is mature and includes beautifully maintained palm trees, naturally thick oak trees, and the lush shrubbery well known in the Central Florida area.
Situated just off Poinciana Boulevard, Indian Point is minutes from Disney and Orlando attractions, championship golf, and hundreds of restaurant choices.
There are also wonderful parks, horseback riding, and freshwater fishing options within a short drive for great family fun and exploration.
This is a great community for investment, as the prices are much below new construction options, yet offer a great return.
